By participating in this event, the event ticket holder agrees and accepts that portions of the live event may be recorded in video and audio and/or captured in still and/or digital photographs. Images and sounds captured may be used in newsletters, websites and other marketing/promotional/advertising materials and teaching/documentary products.
The event ticket holder agrees that the promoter of the event, NATIONAL MOBILE DENTISTRY ORGANIZATION, has the right and permission to use such records and photographs including attendee’s name, likeness, photographs, testimonials, video and/or audio, online and/or offline now or hereafter without further compensation, permission or notification to the attendee. The attendee understands and agrees that all recordings and photographs from the promoter’s events are exclusive rights of the promoter and the attendee does not ask for nor expect compensation for the use of the recordings or photographs in which the attendee appears or speaks.
No audio or video recording by attendees is authorized during the event.
